Welcome to my practice! My name is Leanda Barbisan and as a dedicated Occupational Therapist, I am here to support your child's development in fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and executive functioning. Together, we will create a nurturing and engaging environment tailored to your child's unique needs. I look forward to partnering with you on this journey towards growth and success.

Leanda received her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2002. She has worked in pediatrics for nearly two decades and has experience working with children of all ages in a wide variety of settings including hospitals, schools, community and private clinics. Leanda has experience working with children with different diagnoses including autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, neuromuscular conditions and neurodevelopmental disorders.

Leanda believes in working with the child and their family in a strength-based approach to help achieve the client's goals. She is currently employed by Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital in the Integrated Education and Therapy program. She is a member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.

Leanda lives in Toronto and enjoys reading, hiking and travelling with her family.
